Cabins
Cabin Types: Double-bedded or twin-berth cabins.
Cabin Allocation: Pre-sold and allocated prior to arrival.
Bathrooms
Facilities: Equipped with shower, sink, and toilet.
Toilet Paper Disposal: Do not flush toilet paper or any inorganic waste as it damages the reef system.
Hot Water
Availability: Limited hot water, showers should be kept short.
Shower Times: Shower at different times to ensure everyone enjoys hot water.
Air-Conditioning
Cooling System: All cabins are air-conditioned.
Housekeeping
Towel Service: Two towels per guest, with one for the shower and one for use on the sundeck.
Cleaning Schedule: Daily cabin cleaning after first or second dive.
Linen Change: Towels and bed linen changed every three days; additional changes available on request.
Laundry
Laundry Service: Available upon request via crew members.

Dive Equipment
Required Equipment: Mask, snorkel, fins, boots, wetsuit, regulator, BCD, SMB (minimum 5 meters of line), dive computer (with spare batteries), torch for night dives.
Rental: Equipment available for rent, pre-booking is required. Specify sizes for proper equipment preparation.
Nitrox
Nitrox Facilities: Available (usually 32%) free of charge. Inform the dive guide in advance.
Nitrox Courses: Available during the cruise.
Tanks & Adapters
Tank Options: DIN tanks and INT adapters available onboard.
Photo & Video Equipment
Recharging Facilities: Available onboard. Do not charge in cabins when unattended for safety.

Health
Medical Advice: Check with your doctor for recommended vaccinations and bring necessary prescribed medicines.
Time Zone
Local Time: The Maldives is 5 hours ahead of GMT. Daylight saving time is not observed.
Electricity
Voltage: 220 volts AC, 50Hz. UK 3-pin electrical sockets used onboard.
Communications
Communication Tools: VHF & CB radios, satellite phone, and personal mobiles available.
Internet
Wi-Fi: Available when a mobile signal is present, usually near ports. Limited browsing, no large file transfers.
Language
Languages Spoken: National language is Dhivehi, but English is widely spoken in tourist areas.

Crew Members
Crew Size: 13 crew members dedicated to guest comfort and safety.
Jacuzzi
Usage: Inform the crew 15 minutes prior to use.
Restrictions: Jacuzzi cannot be used while cruising or when the sea is choppy.
Smoking Areas
Policy: No smoking inside indoor areas like the salon, guest rooms, or toilets.
Designated Areas: Smoking areas will be introduced during briefings; ashtrays provided for proper disposal.
Food & Drink
Meal Type: Buffet-style meals with a variety of dishes.
Complimentary Drinks: Water, tea, and coffee.
Chargeable Drinks: Soft drinks, juices, alcohol, including cocktails, liquors, wine, and beer.
Special Dietary Requests: Inform in advance regarding vegetarian or allergy-specific needs.
Alcohol
Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is available onboard; however, importing alcohol is prohibited by law.
Safety Policy: Diving is not allowed after drinking alcohol or while experiencing a hangover. If deemed unfit to dive by guides, the guest will sit out.
Behavior
Conduct: Anti-social or aggressive behavior is prohibited. Disruptive guests may be removed from the liveaboard.
Entertainment
Entertainment Options: Night dives, BBQs on inhabited islands (weather permitting), films, and relaxation on the sundeck.
Male City Tour: Available upon request with a local guide.
Diving Information
First Day Diving: No diving on the first day, 17 dives offered per week (2-3 dives daily).
Flight Safety: Leave a minimum of 24 hours between the last dive and flight departure.
Dive Briefing: A detailed briefing will be provided before each dive.
Dive Guides: Dhonis have a minimum of three guides. All divers must buddy dive, and singles will be paired with a buddy.
Depth Limit: Maximum diving depth is 30 meters with a buddy.
Prohibited Diving Activities: Decompression diving, solo diving, and technical diving are not allowed.
Courses
Available Courses: From beginner to specialty courses. Includes materials (if required) and certification fees.

Packing Recommendations
Essentials: Personal clothing, toiletries, small medical first aid kit, earplugs, waterproof bags for electronics.
Essential Paperwork
Documents: Diving certification, logbook, dive/travel insurance card/policy document, Nitrox certification (if applicable).

The Captain
Role & Responsibility: The captain and dive guides determine dive locations and times based on safety. Always follow their decisions.
Luggage
Storage: Luggage should be stored in advised areas at your own risk.

Snorkeling/Non-Divers
Liability Form: Required for all snorkelers and non-divers.
Snorkeling Conditions: Can be done from the dhoni, either with an instructor/guide or accompanied by a certified diver. Flotation aids are mandatory for snorkelers.
Non-Diving Itinerary Restrictions: Some itineraries may restrict non-divers from snorkeling for safety reasons.

Taxes
Green Tax: $12 per guest per night onboard.
Additional Fees: Equipment rentals and special requests incur a 16% tax and 10% service charge.
Crew Service Fee
Fee: $150 per person for a week-long cruise, shared equally among the crew.
Currency Accepted Onboard
Currency: US Dollars, Euros (cash), and Visa/Mastercard (with 3.5% surcharge).

Arrival Information
Guests arriving at Male Airport on check-in day (usually Saturday): Met by a representative wearing a MY FELICITY T-shirt and holding a MY FELICITY sign.
Meeting Point: Burger King area at the departure concourse.
Transfers: Free transfers from the airport to the boat at 1 PM. If already in the Maldives, guests should go to the airport for transfer.
Return Information
Arrival in Male: Boat moors mid-afternoon the day before departure, stays overnight in port, check-out at 09:00 AM the next day.
Airport Drop-Off: Be at the airport three hours before departure.
Traveler Declaration Form (IMUGA): Must be filled out before departure with QR code ready for authorities.
Further Transfers: Guests continuing holidays need to arrange their own transfers.
Day Rooms: Available at Hulhumale hotels/guesthouses (payment made locally).
Male Airport Information
Airport Facilities: Comfortable, with shops for local SIM cards and restaurants like Thai Express and Burger King.
